Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery to discuss your concerns.

Deposits


Deposits for meat orders are non-refundable. If you cannot pay the remaining balance, consider transferring your reservation to someone else.
