For a quick evening dish. Simple. Hearty. Creamy (duh). Delicious (duh again😜)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped (optional)
- 1 or 2 large eggs
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- paprika powder
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream or milk
- ¼ cup sour cream or cottage cheese
Directions:
- Thaw ground meat
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Chop onion
- Chop bell pepper
- Throw it all in a mixing bowl
- Crack egg over the meat then sprinkle your desired amount of seasonings on
- Dump in a quarter cup of cream (more or less, it's up to you)
- Dollop another quarter cup of sour cream into the mix and stir it all up
- Once it's stirred up nicely, spread it out into your cast iron pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 350ºF
- Viola, take it out and enjoy!
